Blue Orange Green Pink Purple

By Popular Demand

Yes, and now by popular demand, I have returned from the underground to return to the blogging world. I don't have long to post, since school started my life has been way more that just crazy! I'll give a little update on the Xbox 360 situation. Logand and I finally got our brand new 360 from microsoft on saturday. It took alot of finnagling (or however you spell it) and luck to get the shipping service (DHL) to finally agree to get it here on saturday. The reason for the delay was that DHL didn't want to leave the package here with loose dogs and no one to recieve it. Anyway, enough about that. I wrapped up last semester with all A's, three of which reached into the 4.0 GPA range (I didn't even attempt to figure out the weighted equivalent of my grades). My lowest grade was in drafting II with a 93. Overall I was very pleased with how things turned out. In other news, I've taken on an internship with my dad. My job has bascially been to created a website for his company. From start to finish, the task is mine. So far I've just been reasearching XHTML, DHTML, HTML 4.01, JavaScript, and any other online web design technique/code I can get my hands on. So far I've managed to scrape together the beginnings of a rough homepage. I might post the code on here before long, but I'm going to try and get a little more work done on my own before I open up the source code to "public viewing" (lol...since I know my work is probably in pretty high demand on the web these days :) Lastly, I have my Branch President for an English teacher, since I'm dual-enrolled at some college classes. He is quite possibly the toughest teacher I've ever had. In hind-sight, I've realized that perhaps Pres. Cozzens is actually tied with Mr. Bretz as being one of the hardest teachers I've had. I enjoyed Mr. Bretz's class, so I'm hoping the same rule will apply here! Anyway, that's all for today. Everyone take it easy and gear up for the graduation of the class of 2006 (coming to high schools everywhere this summer).
P.S....if anyone wants to throw in a good word to my parents about a ski trip, I'd be eternally grateful :)

what's the story on the ski trip?

if pres. cozzens compares at all to mr. bretz, then he'll be great. your grades may be tricky, but it will be fun & you'll be challenged & you'll learn a lot.

good luck on the website. that's quite a project, but i bet you'll do great. can't wait to see the site in action!

oh--and it's nice to see you back...we've missed you!

I'll tell you kristen, it feels good to be back.

The story on the ski trip is that I'm planning a ski trip for me, shaylon, kelsey, and sydney (sometime in February). Mom and Dad haven't decided on whether they will let me actually go or not. On the plus side, I've finally accumulated enough funds to go on the ski trip.

Lastly, eventhough Pres. Cozzens is a really good teacher (i've really enjoyed his classes to date), I've realized that it'll probably register somwhere in the 9.7 range on the Richter Scale.

I'm just hoping for the best!

P.S. I'll probably bring down the website on a flash drive so Cory and you can check it out and give me some feedback!

    On the ski trip....hmmmm

English should be a neat experience!

I predict good things with the website! And where will you find a flash drive to use, I wonder?!

I hope that "NO" you posted wasn't referring to the ski trip.....
