well...u get the idea! but it was...interesting! that was about my dance night! oh yeah, one other minor detail, was that after the dance and people were cleaning up and leaving, me, kelsey, daniel, david riska, and i think zack were standing around in the gym. if anyones seen the matrix, i always try to do the "run on walls" thing on the soft padded mats underneath the bball hoops at the stake center (and at dobson). anyway, daniel was bragging about how well he could do it, so i was just getting bored, so i decided to make a fool of myself and try it. however, the cool part was that i actually did it! i ran all the way up the wall and touched my should to the backboard! it was sweet! everybody was just like "woah...that was soo cool!" then daniel tried it and fell halfway though...lol...i felt bad for the kid, but it was still an aweosme feeling! now...if only i had a picture!

this is cory. this is a good learning experience because in the mission field they teach you to ask questions that are not only yes/no questions. a better question would have been, "who came with you to the dance?" or "what was your most embarrassing moment?" or "what is your favorite part of school?". translated into missionary language, instead of asking, "do you think the book of mormon would change your life?" ask, "how do you think the book of mormon would change your life?" aha! he can be taught!
sounds like fun. man, i love papa johns pizza. i wish i had a slice! i remember that "old" feeling from my last efy, when i was already 18 & cory was home from his mission. everybody was just babies! all the guys were like, "i'm 14" "this is my first efy" and all that stuff. but it's kind of nice to be older too. i enjoyed hearing the details...it brings back a lot of memories!
That sounds like a fun night. I'm so glad you are able to have those experiences. Serving on the youth council will give you the opportunity for leadership roles and you will learn a lot from getting to be involved in that way.
